Shipping and delivery
After All ships worldwide, with varying shipping costs and delivery time, depending on the designated destination. If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please contact us via the formular at button below.
Orders are dispatched within 3 workings days from our facilities in Copenhagen, Denmark. Tracking numbers will be provided by email, as well as an order confirmation.
After All aims to pack every item carefully and safely but is not responsible for goods damaged or lost during transportation, also in relation to returns.
Local pick-up is available for free, usually within 24 hours, once confirmed by email. Pick-up is possible at our business location in Copenhagen. Orders must be collected within 7 days of confirmation*. Please contact us, if you need more time than 7 days to pick up.
*Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged items if they are not picked up within this timeframe or no other agreement has been made.

After All uses Nets Easy Checkout as third party payment provider and accepts the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Mobile-pay, Swish and Vipps.

Returns and refunds
We hope you enjoy your purchased product(s). Should you wish to make a return, After All accepts returns within 14 days of receipt if our requirements for returns are fulfilled*.
We will refund you for your purchase within 10 business days from receiving and accepting the goods. Please contact us via the contact form on website, mark the header with "Return" and your order number and let us know the reason for the return. We will contact you as soon as possible with return address and further instruction.
Should you wish to exchange your product, we kindly ask you to follow the steps above and contact us. We will then provide you with a discount code for free shipping to place a new order with your wanted style.
Shipping discount codes will not be offered, if you have chosen to pick up your new order by our local pick-up location in Copenhagen - you will kindly be asked to return the goods in the same manor, at the same address as the pick up.
*Costumers are responsible for all expenses in connection to returning/ exchanging the items and to return the items themselves. For After All to accept a return, items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. After All reserves the right to refuse any refund, should we assess the items to be in any, to us, unacceptable condition.
