Placing an order

When shopping at after-all.dk (hereafter referred to as After All) you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please be sure to read them below before finalizing any orders. Should questions arise, please contact us via the form below. After All reserves the right to cancel any order should the payment not be proved.

 

Shipping and delivery

After All ships worldwide, with varying shipping costs and delivery time, depending on the designated destination. If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please contact us via the formular at button below. 

Orders are dispatched within 3 workings days from our facilities in Copenhagen, Denmark. Tracking numbers will be provided by email, as well as an order confirmation.

After All aims to pack every item carefully and safely but is not responsible for goods damaged or lost during transportation, also in relation to returns.

 

Payment

After All uses Nets Easy Checkout as third party payment provider and accepts the following payment methods:

Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Mobile-pay, Swish and Vipps.

Duties and taxes for non-EU countries

For shipments to countries outside of EU, costumers are responsible for import duties, customs, and local taxes. If payment is required to release the order from customs upon arrival, please note that costumers are responsible of such. After All cannot determine the exact charges. The shipping company (selected by the customer at check-out) will contact costumers to provide information about additional costs. If import taxes are not paid, After All reserves the right to charge customers for sustained costs.

 

Returns and refunds

We hope you enjoy your purchased product(s). Should you wish to make a return, After All accepts returns within 14 days of receipt if our requirements below for returns are fulfilled.

Costumers are responsible for all expenses in connection to returning the items and as well as the return of the items themselves. For After All to accept a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. After All reserves the right to refuse any refund, should we assess the items to be in any other, to us, unacceptable condition.

For returns, please go to the contact form via Contact. Mark the subject with "Return" or “Exchange” and your order number.

If you are located in Copenhagen, please write so in the contact form, and we can arrange for you to come by our office for an in-person exchange or return*.

Should you wish to exchange your product, we kindly ask you to follow the steps above and contact us and send the product back to us. We will provide you with a discount code for free shipping to place a new order with your wanted style.  

Your return will be processed as soon as possible. The estimated processing time after we receive the item(s) is 5-10 business days from receiving and accepting the goods. Shipping costs will not be refunded.   

*In-person returns will also be processed as soon as possible. The estimated processing time after we receive the item(s) is also 5-10 business days from receiving and accepting the goods, with the amount being transferred back to the account it was purchased from by our Shopify-based system. We do not have a payment terminal, mobile-pay number or carry cash in our office.

 

Care and maintenance

All products are carefully knitted and dyed jersey from organic cotton and lyocell yarn. To maintain your products in the nicest condition, please be sure to follow the care-instructions as follows:

Wash on 30’C machine wash, gentle cycle. Wash with similar colors and use gentle wash detergent for colored fabrics. Do not bleach and do not tumble dry. Do not wring and dry flat to maintain shape. Iron on low heat and if dry clean is ever needed ask for a gentle clean.  

After All uses 100% natural materials and soft dyeing methods for all products, and thereby we and buyers of the products, accept that the colors may fade over time.
