Established in 1979 in Barcelos, Portugal, Ribeiro & Campos is now led by the second generation.

The company has decades of experience in manufacturing, and their commitment to craftsmanship ensures the high quality of each product.

With a dedication to innovation, they are now operating in a newly built headquarters, containing all offices and production under one roof, running on solar energy from panels installed on the façade.

This allows the full facility to run partly on solar energy for 3 months a year and 100% for the remaining 9 months.

The new facility is also optimized to prioritize the employees' welfare, both when working and taking breaks. There are separate rooms for changing clothes and showering, private lockers, and open-air spaces for taking breaks. Automated regulations of the workspace temperature, air quality, natural light, and acoustics are also ensured.

Furthermore, the offices and factory workspaces are intertwined to optimize the workflow and eliminate transport between the office and production facility. This also enables the hierarchy between employees to thrive in separated spaces.
